Welcome to the BBX MyFreight Portal


The MyFreight portal allows our customers to create new orders, calculate rates, and track shipments online – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. By connecting directly to our internal billing and dispatch systems, customers will experience a seamless ordering process and gain easy access to the most up-to-date order tracking information. We’re thrilled to provide our partners with this level of visibility and control over their shipments as we further enhance the BBX commitment to customer service.


How Do I Get Started?


1. Obtain Acess Code - To better safeguard your profile, a unique Access Code is required to enter the BBX MyFreight portal. Contact a BBX customer representative for your unique "Access Code" via phone at 888-480-1055 ext. 269 or via email at BBXCustomerService@BBXTrans.com

2. Complete Customer Registration Form - Make sure the appropriate contact information, user password, and access code are entered via the "Registration" tab above.

3. Secure Approval - A BBX representative will review your Registration information, approve your access to the MyFrieght portal, and you will receive confirmation to login and begin portal activity.

Order Request


Traditionally to process a requested pickup you needed to have someone available to speak directly to the customer, get all the information you need, manually enter this information, and phone the client back to confirm the pickup details. With TM4Web this intricate process can be completed online 24 hours a day. Your clients can enter requested pickup details like the delivery time needed, the exact type and quantity of freight, the temperature requirements of the freight and even requests for specific equipment. The information entered by a client is then available for your trucking company to accept directly into TruckMate for Windows and a notification can be sent to your client.
